Snagit is a screen capture software that lets you quickly and easily show someone what's on your screen so you don't waste time with back-and-forth emails or messy file attachments. Just share a link to your Snagit capture so they can view it in their browser.

If you want to go further, you can record yourself talking and clicking through a doc, mockup, or series of steps. Snagit will automatically turn it into a shareable video that's easy for anyone to understand.

Snagit is my go-to tool whenever I need to design a website or illustrations for a blog. Its video screen capture feature is also helpful for demonstrating software features.

When it comes to design, I'm still a novice. But with Canva's templates and tools, I can help my ideas take shape by imitating the professionals. Not only does Canva have great samples that spark creativity, but their design tools are user-friendly too. Whenever I need graphics for product promotion or to design a logo, business card, or flyer, I go to Canva.
